AUVSI New England Annual Member Meeting and WPI PracticePoint Introduction

Join your chapter leadership at the 2017 AUVSI New England Annual Meeting as we collaborate to build upon the chapter’s successes and work on initiatives to foster growth throughout the region in autonomous and robotic systems. WPI has established PracticePoint: Advancing Healthcare through Cyber-physical Systems

PracticePoint at WPI is a membership-based research, development, and commercialization alliance built to advance healthcare technologies and launch new medical cyber-physical systems. This new innovation center will focus on smart and secure medical devices that interact with the physical world to improve the promise of patient-centric care. The talent and capacity to lead the growth of an advanced medical device/cyber-physical systems economy is already here in Massachusetts, particularly in Worcester. It makes WPI the perfect place for this kind of creative disruption in the healthcare industry to take place.
