We look forward to seeing you at the Robotica UAS Summit! The light is at the end of the tunnel for the COVID-19 pandemic. We have all been locked down for over 10 months, practicing social/physical distancing, we are all social beings and have become “Zoom” natives. It’s great to see that so many vaccine candidates have been developed and ‘printed’ globally, and are now being actively administered. Soon the worst of the pandemic will be behind us. Until then we have moved to virtual meetings. The virtual meetings have been really good, and offered face-to-face interactions and networking opportunities.…
As part of the global response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the economy was “shut-down”, we have all been locked down and practicing social/physical distancing. Now we all must wear masks to prevent asymptomatic contamination. We have started to open up the economy, noting that we may experience a second wave of the virus. AUVSI New England members are naturally social and enjoy getting together to discuss important topics. For the time being, we are all having to engage virtually. We have prepared a number of activities for the next few weeks and months. These include: Unmanned Insight, September 24th, virtual:…

This was the chapter's first virtual event, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and what a way to start. There were approx 100 attendees for the scheduled hour, and then due to interest 50 attendees stayed on to continue asking questions to Dr. Wong for an additional…

The AUVSI New England chapter hosted its landmark Robotica UAS Summit on November 20, 2019 in Burlington Massachusetts. The theme was an apt "Leadership Driving Operational Ecosystem Opportunities".
